Large holiday apartment with a panoramic view in a unique location central in Winterberg: ski resort, bike park and hiking right on the doorstep

The location of the house is unique: as the last ‘house on the square’ and at 740 metres above sea level it offers its guests an unobstructed panoramic view over the mountains of the Sauerland as far as Hessen from the garden. Directly bordering the site there is the slope style stretch of the bike park Winterberg, as well as the entrance to the internationally renowned luge run. As the little access road ends here and there is no through traffic, everything happens on foot or by bike: it is a short walk to the entrance to the Winterberg ski lift carousel and the attractions of the Kappe mountain are also within immediate access. It is a 15-20-minute walk to the centre of Winterberg. Both holiday apartments in the house can be combined on request for up to 12 people.



The apartment is on two floors. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 a double bed, bedroom 3 two bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with an electric/gas grill stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, mixer, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils. The kitchen is on the lower floor. The prepared meals reach the dining room directly with a food lift! Bathroom 1 has a bath/shower and WC, bathroom 2 has a shower and WC. There is a guest toilet on the lower floor. The living room provides a fireplace with a basic stock of firewood and kindling. There is a big TV with cable channels and a Blue-Ray player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. On the lower floor you will find a large library with many books for children and adults, as well as toys. A washing machine and dryer are available.



The balcony and terrace have seating with cushions and a parasol, as well as a grill for free use. In winter you can use a sledge. There are bicycle stands by the house, alternatively bicycles and winter sports equipment can be kept safely in the entrance hall. The big garden affords a panoramic view and invites you to relax. There are plenty of guest parking spaces on site and opposite the house.



Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The apartment is freshly renovated and comfortably furnished.



It enjoys an optimal central location in Winterberg – right by the Kappe/Bremberg ski resort, near the Winterberg bike park, the Kappe mountain (summer luge, panoramic bridge, climbing garden) at the foot of the Rothaarsteig hiking area. If you don’t want to go far on your holiday then this is the right place for you.

    “Diese Wohnung ist sauber sowie urgemütlich und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht und die Lage sind super. Da die Verwalterin oben im Haus wohnt, ist auch bei Fragen und Problemen immer eine Ansprechperson zu erreichen. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und vier Kindern da und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Lediglich ein Radio haben wir vermisst. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und der Preis angemessen.”

    “Wij hebben deze week een fantastische tijd gehad in dit huis. We waren met twee gezinnen met kleine kinderen en alle voorzieningen zijn er, zelfs speelgoed! Ontzettend knus en gezellig huis. En prachtig uitzicht. Hele aardige verhuurder! Piste en verhuur op loopafstand. Ook leuke speeltuin op loopafstand. Alles erg schoon ook. Zou zo weer gaan”
