WELCOME TO GASCONNY! Beautiful private residence in bucolic setting in deep SouthWest France in the famous Armagnac region. with a new 10 x 4 private pool for use and enjoyment. 1 hour from the beach, 1 hour from the Pyrenees. Come and breath the fresh air and let the stress of everyday life melt away!

2.5 hectares yard and garden with plenty of room for children to play and run. A 25KM Green bike path is just down the road and a community Basketball, Rugby and soccer field is also down the road.

4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms home with a lovely outdoor garden to enjoy the fresh air and to leave everyday stresses behind.

The Bas Armagnac region in France is known for his rich history, culinary delights, and fine spirits. Lying just outside a Medieval Bastide which was established in 1270, the house is close enough to the village activities with restaurants and shops, yet far enough to be private. Throughout the year, the village provides a variety of entertainment and educational agendas including l'Armagnac en Fete (now in its 20th year) and L'Oreille en Place with live music and enterainment.

Beautiful pool (1.5M deep all around) and sundeck to soak in the sun while enjoying a nice glass of wine with charcuterie or foie gras!

    “Wir verbringen unsere Ferien immer in Ferienhäusern. Zu diesem Haus kann ich nur sagen, dass es das am besten ausgestattete Haus war, das wir je gemietet hatten. Das ist ein Haus, in dem man sich geehrt fühlen muss, es bewohnen zu dürfen. Es gibt keine Nachbarn, nur Weingärten und Felder oder Eichen rundherum. Der Garten ist mit blühenden Pflanzen versehen, dass es Ende Sommer immer noch prächtige Blüten gab. Ein Brunnen verstärkt die Romantik. Auch die Gegend ist ursprünglich und unverdorben.
    Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist der Besuch einer Course landaise in einem der Nachbarorte. In diesem Haus verbringt man traumhafte Ferien!!!”

    “We have stayed in many holiday rental properties over the years but this was by far the most beautiful. A shaded lane leads up to the enchanting house and garden. It is marvellously furnished and well stocked; we didn't miss anything. The fenced pool provided hours of fun for the children and for us of course! Sometimes in the early morning deer would appear in the mist; it was dreamlike. We were invited to eat the delicous plums from the trees. All in all, it was an enchanting spot.”
