This detached holiday house with a completely new interior (2018) enjoys a quiet location with a beautiful view of the sea. Lovran is about 5km from Opatija and offers very beautiful beaches.
The 85m² apartment offers two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine. The living room includes a sofa bed for two further guests. In total, up to six people can be accommodated.
The 4 x 6m pool is for the shared use of two holiday apartments in the house. There are three balconies,a table with chairs, two parking spaces, a garden section with a grill. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea under many palms. The site is fenced in and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. Parking is free.
Use of Wi-Fi is free.
It is about 1200m to the beach, about 5 minutes by car, 1000 m to the centre with restaurants and a bank, supermarket, post office, pharmacy and hospital.
