Holiday Apartment Casa Palmera 2 with large terrace

The apartment Casa Palmera 2 is located in the complex Optimist and lies in the most central and sunniest zone of Playa de las Americas, the holiday paradise in the south of Tenerife. Directly at the so-called 'golden mile'.

This apartment is located directly at the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas, in a very central location, but nevertheless in a quiet residential area in the probably most popular holiday resort in the south of Tenerife. The resort has a large heated pool with sun loungers.

From the terrace you have a beautiful view to the pool which is on the same level as the terrace. In only 100 meters distance begins the shopping street, which invites with many restaurants and shopping possibilities for shopping and strolling. Nevertheless, the location is relatively quiet.
Enjoy the well-kept surroundings during a walk along the beach promenade which is several kilometres long and stroll past the most beautiful boutiques and shops. In the surrounding area you will find some of the hippest restaurants on the island. To the fishing and ferry port of Los Cristianos you walk along the promenade in about 10 minutes. The complex is one of the best places in Tenerife for a beach and bathing holiday.

All golf courses can be reached within a few minutes by car. The nearest golf course is only 600 meters away (Playa de las Americas Golfcourt).
Also the largest water park in Europe - the Siam Park - is only a few minutes away by car, as well as the Aqua Park, the Jungle Park and the Parque Las Aguilas (an eagle park above Chayofa).

The apartment Casa Palmera 2 is located on the ground floor, in a very well maintained complex almost directly at the sea and on the beautiful beach of Playa de Las Americas. The door from the terrace leads directly to the pool. The access to the apartment is without stairs, which is very comfortable. All shops, restaurants, hairdressing salons, banks and ATMs are within walking distance. The apartment has two bedrooms for 4 people and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room which provides a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 more people. The apartment has a large terrace with sitting area. You can eat and have breakfast together outside. The terrace is on the quiet side of the pool, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The cosy living area has a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite programmes and a small stereo system. Internet is available free of charge via Wifi. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven, fridge and freezer, a microwave, as well as toaster, electric kettle and a coffee machine. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a modern shower. The apartment is ideal for a bathing and beach vacation, also for a long-term vacation it is optimally suitable. The complex has a very nice pool area with sun beds. The pool is heated in winter.

    “Auch wenn es sich anders liest, aber wird sind nicht kleinlich. Aber die Beschreibung dieses Objektes hält wirklich nicht was sie verspricht. Das Inventar ist renovierungsbedürftig und bei einer 3 -Schlafzimmer - Wohnung darf man auch drei Schlafzimmer erwarten. Positiv: Die Lage des Objektes ist gut. Negativ: Der Zustand der Wohnung entspricht keinesfalls mehr den dargestellten Fotos. Ebenso kann nicht von 3 Schlafzimmern die Rede sein. Das dritte Bett soll die im Wohnzimmer stehende Schlafcouch darstellen. Das geht aber erst aus dem Text hervor. Wenn man nach Objekten mit 3 Schlafzimmern filtert, taucht allerdings auch diese Wohnung auf, Das entspricht einfach nicht den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Die Schlafcouch ist zudem extrem abgenutzt, Es fehlen Glühbirnen in der Lampe über dem Esstisch und im Bad. Das Schloss der Terrassentür im Wohnzimmer ist defekt. Über dem Bett im Schlafzimmer ist die Nachttischlampe abgefallen. Eine weitere Nachttischlampe gibt es nicht. Im Bad gibt es keinen Halter für das Toilettenpapier und für die Handtücher. Die untere Schublade im Waschtisch-unterschrank ist defekt und nicht benutzbar. Schimmel an den Fugen in der Dusche. Die Badezimmertür ist aufgequollen. Die Krönung ist der absolut unzureichend montierte und viel zu kleine Plastik-Toilettensitz. Dieser fällt dauernd ab, weil er eben zu klein ist. Hinter der Toilette war nicht gereinigt, dort befand sich grober Dreck. Schimmel an den Gardinen im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer. Der Wäscheständer auf der Terrasse ist rostig und defekt. Neben der Klimaanlage auf der Terrasse stehen alte defekte Stühle und Ersatz-Fliesen. Restaurant: Tio Martin - Wunderbare spanische Tapas und sehr guter Wein, hier gehen die Spanier hin ;-) Ausflüge: Whale-Watching mit dem Katamaran Freebird 1 - Unbedingt die lange Tour mit Badestopp buchen. Wir haben Pilotwale gesehen. Sehr nette Crew. Getränke und Essen ist inklusive und gut. Die Lounnge-Liegen am Bug kosten 20 € extra, aber das lohnt sich sehr!”
