Elegant apartment by the sea, comfortably furnished

The Residence Solevacanze offers to all its guests beautiful apartments (for 2-8 people) situated up on a small hill (300 mt distance from the sea ) in the locality La Ciaccia (local part of municipality Valledoria).

Our purpose is to give you an exclusive experience in this new apartments.

The building of this accommodations has been made for everybody who wish to spend a peaceful holiday in comfort and in contact with nature, away from the daily confusion the traffic and nightlife.

You can choose between several sizes: Apartments for 2 people (bedroom plus living room: type K), for 3/4 people (2 bedrooms plus living room: type K plus), for 5/6 people (2 or 3 bedrooms plus living room: types L and L plus) and for 7/8 pepole (3 or 4 bedrooms plus living room: types M and M plus).

The ground floor apartments have garden and a furnished terrace with barbecue. The apartments upstairs (seaside view) have a furnished balcony and barbecue. All accommodations are comfortable and completely furnished and are equipped with 2 bathrooms, Sat-TV, washing-machine and the large apartments type M and M plus with dish-washer.

The accommodations are near to the most important facility: you will find 3 restaurant, one supermarket, tabacchi with international newspapers , 4 bars, icecream shop, 2 playground (one in winter ) and.. obviously.. the sandy beach (nearly 15 km of large sandy white beaches of remarkable dimensions).

The Residence Solevacanze is situated – like our holiday houses Sa Fiorida - at La Ciaccia, (local part of municipality Valledoria) in a very calmly and quite position.

In a distance of approx. 400 mt you will find one of the most beautiful and large beaches in the North of Sardinia.

Nearly 3 km from la Ciaccia you can reach Valledoria, a small town serviced by banks, travel agencies, shop, car-rental, doctor…

All shops, restaurants, banks, services are open all year (also medical assistance)

We pay attention to all details and to increase the value of this part of territory which is our family’s philosophy. Each apartments are furnished with high quality interiors in Sardinian style.

    “Das Haus ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für 10 Personen so braucht.
    Es steht auf einem Hügel. Wenn man vom 100m entfernten Supermarkt kommt, sind die letzten Meter relativ steil. (ca. 20 % Steigung) Das ist aber nicht schlimm. Dafür hat man einen großartigen Blick bis runter ans Meer. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral. Neben dem Supermarkt ist eine gute Pizzeria, die wir einpaar mal besuchten. Das Haue ist im sehr guten Zustand und sauber. Die drei Bäder waren picobello. Alles in Allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
    Die Betreiber der Ferienanlage sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen deutsch und hatten uns sehr gute Ausflugstips gegeben, die man in keinem Reiseführer findet. To”

    “Die Ausstattung ist von guter Qualität aber aufs nötigste beschränkt.Das wir für WLAN und Liegestuhl extra bezahlen mussten finde ich peinlich und nicht zeitgemäß. Das ist uns auf der weiteren Reise durch Sardinien nicht mehr begegnet”

Die Ausstattung unserer Unterkunft mit Internet ist leider mit einem hohen Kostenfaktor verbunden, da die meisten unserer Unterkünfte nicht unbedingt zusammenliegen. Wir werden uns aber bemühen, hierfür eine Lösung zu finden. Ich denke aber, das unsere Preise für Extraleistungen sehr fair kalkuliert und vor allem niedrig angesetzt sind.”
