Designer villa in a modern style with a pool and a generous garden

This detached single-family house is in a little village, at the end of a street, in beautiful and green surroundings, just three kilometres from the sea and four kilometres from Umag. The location is ideal for family activities, romantic trips or simply pure leisure.

The approx. 110m² designer villa was just recently built (2018) to the highest standards, built and furnished very tastefully. It is in a modern style but with many traditional elements, at ground level. It has a big living room, a modern kitchen and a dining corner with a table, all open-plan and heated on cold evenings with pleasant warmth. The villa has a coffee/bar corner, a light corridor with access to the bedroom with a private bathroom, a double bedroom, a children’s room with two bunk beds and a big bathroom.

The living room opens onto the big roofed terrace. From here you can see the whole garden, including the pool (7.5 x 4.5m) and in the distance the Italian mountains. Right around the corner from the terrace is a roofed grill area. Next to the lounger area there is an outdoor shower. RThe approx. 750m² site is fully fenced and therefore also suitable for children to run around. You can park your car free of charge on the big private parking area.

The nearest centre with a train station, bars and clubs is 4km away. There is a grocery shop just 2km away. If you enjoy sports activities, you can find a golf course (around 10km), riding facilities (2km), a swimming pool (2km), a tennis court (5km) and a football ground (2km). It is just 3km to the sea.
