The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 2000, renovated in 2016 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Starigrad-Paklenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm, closed plot with flowers and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
