Village house with balcony and swimmingpool - ideal relaxing vacation for 4 persons
Režanci is a small village near Svetvinčenat in Istria.
If you want peacefull, green environment this place is ideal for you.
For all those who like to cycle, this village has numerous marked cycling trails.
Although smaller residential quarters, the facility offers many outdoor facilities; a covered balcony with chairs, gazebo (covered) barbecue area and dining in the yard, garden swing, private swimming pool 28m2 with sun chairs, table tennis, TABLE SOCCER (football) and outdoor place for play and socializing. You can enjoy on the lawn next to the pool where you can play badminton or football.
Throughout the year you can enjoy Mediterranean herbs, and you can also pick seasonal fruits; figs, grapes, vegetables ...
This old stone house was built more than 100 years ago.
Much effort has been invested in the complete reconstruction of this old detached house.
Holiday home is part of detached house (52m2), built on 3 floors;
*on the ground floor there is a lobby, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining room and a TV.
*On the 1st floor there is a main bedroom with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and a balcony - enjoy drinking morning coffee with view on greenery, flowers, garden, pool...
*On the attic there is a unusual shaped bedroom with 2 separate beds ideal for bigger kids.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, while on the ground floor there is no need for air conditioning due to the thick walls that keep the cold in the summer days.
Many interesting activities are located in 30 km radius;
sea fun - swimming, diving, boat and half submarine tours, etc.
paragliding, zipline, bungee, etc..
adventure and parkour parks
museums and ancient ruins
horse riding, bicycle trails, quad tours, ...

Due to many stairs that are connecting 3 floors, house is not suitable for young children and for guests in wheelchair. We also do not have baby bed.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but we have many ashtrays outside and on the balcony.
