Family Friendly Charming Holiday Apartment in Dobrota with Spacious Terrace and Terrace View

This spacious house with stunning view on bay and sea is close to the beach, in a tranquil setting next to a not often used road in the heart of Kotor bay.

This property is located in quiet place in Dobrota, with a lot of greenery, surrounded by a garden, only 2km from the centre of Kotor and 150m from the beach (sandy, gravel and concrete beaches), just a three-minute walk from the sea.

The apartment has a balcony with a table, chairs and parasol. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. There are parking places near the family house which are for the shared use of all guests. The parking places are available right in front of the house (6 meters from a room's window).

This accommodation (90 m2 +terrace) is recommended for couples and families. Accommodation in a family house can accommodate 5 persons. This three stars air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment offers two rooms (14m2 and 14,5m2), spacious hallway, separate entrance, spacious terrace with sitting and stunning view towards the sea and Bay of Kotor. In front of a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including an oven and refrigerator, electric cooker and kettle there is a dining area and sitting area, computer table and TV. The bathroom is equipped with toilette, washbasin, mirror, shower cabin, washing machine, hair drier, iron, bathroom heater and it is shared with another room. Each room is equipped with one bed 200x180 per room. There is a possibility in the living room for an extra bed (fold-out three-seater). The first room is air-conditioned room (14m2) and equipped with one double bed 200x180, two bedside tables, big wardrobe, table, table lamp, convector heater, big window with curtain. The second air-conditioned room (14,5m2) is equipped with one double bed 200x180, two bedside tables, big wardrobe, floor fan, table lamp, convector heater, big window with curtain.

The area is quiet and family friendly. Shops are a couple of minutes walk away, there are plenty of swimming places and several restaurants and bars on the seaside promenade, all within easy walking distance. A very secure place for children.
Port of Kotor almost during the whole year visit the most luxurious vessels, yachts and boats, so from the terrace, you have the impression that they are at your palm. There are restaurants and coffee bars 50-150m away, while a grocery store, gym and bus stop can be reached in 50 m. Dental clinic, good selection of local products and bakery in the offer of the store and you can get cosmetic manicure-pedicure services, PC services all a couple of minutes walk away. An exclusive resort - villas with beautiful sandy beach is distant 250 meters.
Dobrota is well-known as the seaside resort and the favourite destination for many tourists. The nature with its real beauties, created by many contrasts and diversities, clear sea, beautiful bay and mild Mediterranean climate with many sunny days during the year. The quality of water in this swimming area is the first class during all year according to permanent reports of the Institute of Marine Biology. If you would like to discover the area, hiking is possible in the surroundings. Hiking can be enjoyed nearby.
City of Kotor, under protection of UNESCO, with all the contents of the modern ancient city: museums, bars, restaurants, discos, nightclubs, galleries, shopping centers, cinemas, theater, promenades, beaches, festivals, concerts and exhibitions with a special aspect on Old Town and fortresses that represent a special charm.
Local buses stop just 50m away (very moderate prices), while the Main Bus Station is distant 2.5 km. Tivat Airport is distant 9km, Podgorica Airport 86km, Airport Ćilipi - Dubrovnik (Croatia) 60km.
