Holiday House in Tolleric with Private Pool

Semi-detached holiday villa with a private swimming pool and fully enclosed garden The spacious, two-storey holiday villa in the village of Tolleric is conveniently located to reach some of the most beautiful beaches (Es Trenc, Colonia St Jordi, Cala Pi, Cala Blava, etc.). Tolleric is also only approximately a 20 minutes drive from the city of Palma, and 7 minutes from the long seaside full of restaurants and amenities between S'Arenal and Can Pastilla.

The outdoor area includes a beautiful covered terrace for fresh and relaxing dinners and cocktails, thanks to the outdoor table and garden furnitures set. The private swimming pool will just make your experience unique, together with the big built barbecue, garden, shower and a trampoline for the little ones.

The villa is distributed between two floors, plus an exclusive outdoor area. On the ground floor there is a wide entrance which brings you to the fully furnished kitchen, the big living room with fireplace, a bathroom with shower, and the utility room with washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances like, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, tv. The living room is equipped with all furnitures, terrestrial and sat tv, bluetooth stereo. 2x travel cots and 2x high chairs for kids available on request. A wide staircase brings you to the first floor with 4 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms contain double beds and two contain 2x single beds each. One bathroom is en suite in one of the bedroom, which includes toilet, bidet, 2x basins, shower, big bathtub. Another bathroom includes toilet, bidet, bathtub, basin.

The sea is only at a stone's throw as you will be on a beautiful and long cliff that you can climb to reach some of the concrete beaches providing crystal clear waters and beautiful seabed. Cala Blava and Cala Pi are the closest sandy beaches, and at few Km you can reach the most beautiful beach of Es Trenc, which belongs to a protected area and where the famous salt is produced. All amenities are only 2Km away, in the next village of Badia Gran, while nightlife and all services are in Arenal and Palma, only at few minutes driving distance. Also, Tolleric is within a cycling paradise. You can cycle on the main route to reach beautiful destinations or get lost between the small and typical countryside roads. Ask me if you want to rent bicycles for your stay.

- Other main features include WiFi connectivity, air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms. - One small educated pet allowed on request. On request: - 2x Trekking Bikes offered for 40 euro for the whole duration of the stay. Please book in advance.
- Cube carbon road bike with Ultegra set, size 52 (fits perfectly for up to 1.80 meter and more) with helmet for 150 eur for the length of the stay. Please note, pedals require Look Easy cleats, hence bring your shoe as and clear, or your pedals. Please book in advance. - HOME CHEF, enjoy free time while we cook an authentic Italian dinner for you. - ELECTRICITY: 20 KW / day are included, each additional KW is calculated with 0.25 cent / KW and will be retained at the end of the stay from the deposit. Initial and final meter readings will be provided. - HOT WATER: works with a boiler connected to a bottle of gas. For each stay there is a charge of 20 euros for the gas that will have to be settled on site. - GAS HEATING: From November to April, ask for cost and details.

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der freundliche Vermieter war während unserer gesamten Reise für unsere Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar und gab sogar noch nette Ausflugstipps. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Casa Lola.”
