Beach house Barefoot from the garden directly to the beach? This modern but cosy holiday home with pool is in a perfect location, directly behind the dunes of the beautiful sandy beach of Mas Pinell. The two-storey end-terrace house has a total living space of 120m², with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, and a large living / dining area, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor is a rooftop terrace with stunning views out over the sea, the Medes Islands and the surrounding mountains. The house can accommodate 6 people.

A large garden surrounds the house and because of its location on the corner you have there all day, until late in the evening, sun. But a beautiful pine tree also donates pleasant shade, if you should look for that in the hot midday hours. From the garden you have direct access to the communal area with swimming pool. For the garden there are garden furniture and a barbecue. A small car can be parked on the property in front of the house. Otherwise, there is also enough free parking on the street.

The house is fully equipped. The living room has, among others, an open fireplace, TV, DVD player and free WIFI. In the separate kitchen you can find everything for cooking, including an oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. A laundry with washing machine, drying facilities, iron and ironing board is on the ground floor. There is air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom. For the cool season electric heaters are available for every room.

    “Wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgesatttet. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Toller Garten, der auch Schattenplätze bietet. In der näheren Umgebung schöne Ausflugsziele. Auch für Hundebesitzer bestens geeignet. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da und kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Super Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr schön angelegter Garten mit Schattenplätzen, Grillmöglichkeit. Im Haus Mappe mit tollen Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Ärzten. Ausreichend Platz auch für Großfamilie mit Hund. Sehr netter Vermieter, Kommunikation unkompliziert und sehr freundlich”
