This three-storey and spacious vacation home with heated private pool offers ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation.

The rooms are bright and pleasant, and a spacious and covered terrace invites you to dine outside. The annex includes a bedroom and a bathroom with balcony. Apart from the modern bathrooms with ultra-modern installations, the original charm has been maintained throughout. The accommodation is one of three properties in a small hamlet outside the village of Rouffiac.

Just from the house, miles of trails invite you to hike. Sauzet (7 km) is the nearest village with a store and a restaurant. Cahors (23 km) convinces with an old town center and offers a nice weekend market and all kinds of other amenities. Strolling through the city, you will discover the Pont Valentré and the Cathédrale Saint-Étienne. Cahors is famous for the wine region of the same name, and of course the visit is an occasion to taste its wines and also discover other gastronomic specialties from the region. 11 km north of the vacation accommodation stretches the valley of the Lot, which is especially inviting for swimming and a canoe trip. Or join a relaxing boat trip on the river.

Medieval villages worth seeing along the Lot include Luzech (15 km) and Puy l'Evêque (22 km). Lauzerte (23 km) south of you is officially one of the most beautiful villages in France, as is Saint-Cirq-Lapopie (52 km). Outside the months of July and August, this beautiful property can accommodate up to six guests.
