This restored old stone house has air-conditioner in all bedrooms, a terrace and good sea view, and located in the center of old town Selce. The region is known for over 100 years of Medical and Wellness tourism due to its award winning blue flag beaches. Selce old town has historical buildings protected under the cultural heritage conservation of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The house is conveniently located within walking distance 100m to the beaches right on the Croatian Adriatic coast, providing ideal accommodation for a holiday with plenty of sun and sea, and close to lots of entertainment and beach holiday fun.

The house has five bedrooms spread over 3 floors. Ground floor has a bedroom(double bed), kitchen, bathroom, inner porch, living-room (a children's bunk bed). The two upper floors have each a two bedroom(double bed + single bed), kitchen, bathroom, terrace with Sea view. Kitchen is fully equipped with dining area, fridge and deep freezers, stove, dish washer, cloth washing machine, coffee maker, cooking and dining utensils. The sun terraces have out door furniture, sun lounger, and great sea view. There is sun terrace with sea view on each floor, ground floor has an inner porch with sitting area and grill. Property is semi detached with its private entrance. Street parking around the property is free of cost. There are short footpaths leading directly to the beaches, shops and restaurants.

There are several footpaths (100m) leading directly to the several beaches (concrete, sand, pebbles) and public swimming pool(charges apply). Boat and bicycle rental are available. Street parking around the property is free, there is possibility for secure parking at nearby property for a fee(reservation is required). Please note that the entire property sleeps eight adults on real bed and three children (
