In the small village of Gualdo in the municipality of Massarosa, a vacation apartment awaits you in a two-family house with a terraced garden equipped for outdoor dining with barbecue and Jacuzzi. Enjoy the splendid view of the Versilia sea and the picturesque countryside surrounded by greenery and picturesque olive groves. The house can be reached by 20 steps and is completely fenced. The entrance of "Gualdo" is marked by the sign "Fairytale Village". In August there is a festival where the small streets are animated with fairy tales, games for children, street performers and storytellers. The location is ideal for hikers, rich in trails and crossed by the Via Francigena. From Gualdo, after 4 km, you can reach the fraction of Montemagno with typical restaurants. From there, in the main square, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the entire valley of Camaiore. The mountain "Montemagno" is particularly appreciated by cyclists who ride it, especially in summer, because it connects the valley of Versilia with the plain of Lucca. Camaiore 11 km, characteristic town for its historical center, the Badia di San Pietro dating back to the Middle Ages, the many restaurants and its paths surrounded by green countryside. Lucca 20 km famous for its intact 16th century city walls and its numerous medieval churches: Lucca is also known as the city of 100 churches. Lido di Camaiore (17 km) is surrounded by a beautiful promenade with designer stores, bathing establishments and the famous "pier" symbol of the city, where walking you will feel like you are in the middle of the sea.
