Large apartment with a wonderful pool, nice balcony and beautiful ocean view close to restaurants, bars and shops!
What was once a small fishing village is today a modern tourist center with exciting bars, cafes, restaurants, its own amusement park and lovely pulse throughout the summer season.
Not far from the apartment there are beautiful beaches that fit the whole family along with beautiful naturepaths for walking, running and cycling. The adventurous have many activities to choose from, day trips to Venice, sailing, scuba diving, horseback riding and windsurfing are just a few.
Only 8km away we find the beautiful town of Pula that offers something for everyone with its wide range of culture, entertainment, good food and much more. For those interested in culture a pick of what Pula has to offer are remains from the Roman Empire, beautiful architecture and the world's best preserved amphitheater.
The house's six apartments also have their own private pool and a very nice pool area with wooden deck and sun loungers. The house also includes a barbecue area and a nice little lawn.
The penthouse apartment measures 100 square meters. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. A large bathroom, modern kitchen and an open space living room with a sofa bed . Last but not least a lovely balcony overlooking the pool as well as the ocean.
