Charming beachside villa Serenity with private pool

Villa Serenity is a beautiful beachside holiday villa situated on island Čiovo, just 6 km from the historical UNESCO protected town Trogir connected to the island with a bridge and 12 km from Split airport.

This traditionally furnished and charming house is located just 20 m from the sea in a peaceful and secluded area which provides complete privacy, which is additionally emphasized by the size of the property, covering the total area of 3500 m2, while the house itself spreads on 90 m2.

What makes this house truly an oasis of peace and tranquility is the spacious outdoor area with an olive grove on the one side of the house and a breathtaking view spreading to the nearby islands of Sveta Fumija and Kraljevac on the other side. The house is surrounded by a cascade Mediterranean garden with various plants and greenery, creating a feeling of being in a true Mediterranean paradise. An exit from the property leads directly to the pebble beach with a private mooring for a boat. Guests can spend their time relaxing in the outdoor pool (24 m2), soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers, playing the traditional dalmatian game of bocce on the bocce court or having a glass of wine in the cosy wine cellar.

Villa Serenity is divided on the ground floor and high attic and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and the kitchen. Villa can accommodate a total number of 8 (7+1) persons.

The ground floor consists of a rustically decorated living room with dining area, well equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen size double bed and 1 bathroom with a shower. Living room has access to the covered seaview terrace equipped with outdoor table and chairs.

Wooden staircase leads to the high floor which is designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has queen size double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with one single bed.

Sea and beach are only 20 m away from the house.

Please note that the holiday home can only be accessed by a road which is not paved (gravel path).
