Welcome to a cozy and central apartment at Hovden. Here it is only a few minutes drive to all Hovden's facilities: water park, ice rink, ski lift, restaurants, shops- just to name a few. Hovden is very famous for its beautiful nature, and is placed from about 800 to 1250 meters above sea level. In the summer there are several swimming sites and fishing opportunities in the surrounding area. In Hartevann at Hovden there are boat rental and sale of fishing licenses. Many large trouts have been fished here. Along the river Otra there are several natural and secluded bays where you can enjoy nature in peace and quiet. There are numerous hiking trails in untouched nature. Also with prams and wheelchairs you can reach the terrain several places. The ski lift or chair lift runs both summer and winter, which gives a nice opportunity to get right up the plateau and to untouched nature. In the winter it is a nice ski resort (Hovden ski center) with downhill skiing and ski hire. There are also lovely cross country trails for long and nice winter days outside. The area also has a rich wildlife.
