This is a beautiful vacation home with private pool in Provence, very close to Avignon. Between the Alpilles, the Luberon massif and the majestic Mont Ventoux, on the outskirts of the small town of Montfavet, located south of Avignon. This villa is set in a lush private and fenced park planted with Mediterranean essences. The beautiful private pool is extended by a large sun terrace, with a cozy garden and barbecue. The interiors are bright and welcoming, tastefully decorated with high quality furniture. The living room is large and comfortable and opens to the modern kitchen, which provides access to the outside. You will be here in the plain of Comtat, close to the river Sorgue, near Caumont-sur-Durance, which is known for its beautiful Roman garden and lively streets. A nature trail leads to the viewpoint with magnificent panoramic views of Mont Ventoux and the Alpilles. Nearby, discover the charming city center of Avignon with its stores and restaurants and visit the Palais des Papes, built in the 14th century. Enjoy a pastis at the lively Place de l'Horloge! Stroll along the Pont d'Avignon and then take a walk along the riverbank or on the wild island of Barthelasse. Also worth a visit are the museums of the Petit Palais and the Palais du Roure. Not far away is also the village of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a must for lovers of beautiful objects, flea markets and art galleries: almost 300 antique dealers can be found in this small town.
