Romantic cottage by the sea

The charming holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of ​​the still relatively unknown resort Colònia de Sant Pere and is ideal for couples, but also for small families with children. Within walking distance you can quickly reach the restaurants and the small supermarkets. A pharmacy, a small fishing and yachting harbor and a bank are also located in this romantic former fisherman and farmer place.

The house was completely renovated in 2019, very lovingly furnished and mostly newly furnished. The new kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan and large fridge. Also, with a variety of newly purchased small electrical appliances, cookware and kitchen utensils to any needs thought in order to be able to pamper yourself on holiday culinary. The base of the bath has been optimally designed with a 100 x 100 cm shower, toilet and sink and equipped with high quality fittings. In winter, the bathroom is pleasantly heated with the help of a towel radiator. Both in the two bedrooms, as well as in the living-dining area, there is an air conditioner for pleasant cooling in the summer and for cozy warming in winter. Very pleasant is also the cool breeze, which generate the 3 fans in the bedrooms and in the living room. As a precaution, the safety is not too short. There are several smoke detectors and 2 fire extinguishers in the house.

The detached house is almost completely surrounded by terraces of all sizes, so that you can search depending on the season each of the ideal place for the 4 sun loungers. A large hammock invites you to relax. There is also enough space for the little guests to stay, for example. Play ball and the slightly larger guests e.g. Badminton.

Quiet residential area in a place that is still a little insider tip. Newly renovated house and mostly newly furnished. Big hammock, some board games and books. Close to the water. Large garage for bicycles or golf accessories.

Although Colònia de Sant Pere is a small manageable place, it is equipped with every major infrastructure. In summer, the 3 small supermarkets are open and have everything you need for your daily needs. The many restaurants have delicious dishes for every taste and budget. In the vicinity you will find Artà. This 12 km distant place with its small (freely to be visited) castle arrangement with the tourists very popular. Again, there are many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, post office, banks and a public swimming pool. On Tuesdays the big market attracts the locals, but also the guests of the island. In addition to the two beaches in Colonia de Sant Pere there are more beaches, for example. at Artà (22 km), Cala Ratjada (23 km) and Canyamel (21 km). The airport is on the one hand rather fast to reach with 68 km driving distance, but far away enough not to be disturbed by the aircraft noise. Day trips are available depending on the season and climate, e.g. to the island capital Palma, to the romantic mountain villages of the Tramuntana, to the caves in Porto Cristo, Artà or Campanet or to the many small romantic bays of the island. Boat trips are available from various points of view, e.g. to the offshore islands Cabrera or Sa Dragonera and with one of the ferries even the neighboring islands Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera can be reached in a few hours.

    “Wow; das war der erste Eindruck, den wir hatten. Das änderte sich auch nicht, als wir die Hausbesichtigung mit dem netten Hausbesitzer hatten. Alles was man braucht, war da. Von Kaffeemaschine bis Eierbecher war alles vorhanden. Einfach nur toll, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.”

    “Sehr unkomplizierte und umsichtige Betreuung durch Vermieter vor Ort. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und praktisch ausgestattet.Selbst Strandutensilien standen zur Verfügung.Hervorragende WLAN Verbindung.”

    “Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete & sehr saubere und gepflegte Häuschen mit zwei Terrassen war die perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub zu zweit. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Hängematte war mein Lieblingsplatz. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht inkl. schnellem Internet. Das Wasser ist nah und die kleine Promenade ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Empfang und die Übergabe bei der Abreise waren herzlich und komplikationslos. Wir kommen wieder!”

    “Tolle Lage - wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, Haus bietet nahezu alles, was man als Familie braucht (Waschmaschine, Abwaschmaschine, Küche wurde täglich genutzt). Sehr bequeme Betten.

    Wir haben die Klimaanlage während der äusserst heissen Zeit sehr geschätzt.

    Der Vermieter war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend und hat uns alle Fragen mit viel Hingabe beantwortet und Tips gegeben.”
