Villa Belle Paradise – Your Tropical Oasis in Cape Coral
The spacious layout of Villa Belle Paradise with approximately 2,100 sq ft. of living space is sure to impress. Surrounded by a tropical garden with palms and blooming shrubs, this villa is a true oasis of tranquility. The nearby Rosen Park can easily be reached on foot.
Upon entering the house, you’ll immediately notice the almost floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that fully open to reveal the expansive pool area. Designed for perfect outdoor living, the area is furnished with a glass table, six chairs, and four sun loungers. You can grill delicious steaks or burgers on the Jen Air grill while enjoying a cold beer. The electrically heated pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, especially after a long day of shopping. There's even a convenient pool bathroom available.
The villa also features a large terrace along the canal, where you can enjoy "shrimping" (fishing). Alternatively, you can dock a rental boat at the boat dock. In just about 10 minutes, you’ll reach the Caloosahatchee River, leading you to explore the beautiful islands off Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach – enjoy the adventure!
Floor Plan and Amenities
Villa Belle Paradise follows the typical Florida layout: after the entrance area, you’ll enter the formal living room. To the left is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. On the right side of the house, you’ll find two more bedrooms, a shared bathroom, two formal dining areas, and an additional living room with a TV. The modern white kitchen with a dark countertop features a pass-through window to the terrace.
Convenient Starter Supplies
To ensure your comfort, Villa Belle Paradise comes with the following starter supplies:
• Laundry and cleaning products, as well as a dish sponge
• Dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tabs, coffee filters, and trash bags
• Window cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, and disinfectant
• Spare light bulbs
• Basic spices like salt and pepper
Rosen Park – Recreation and Relaxation
Located just a few minutes away, Rosen Park offers access to the Gulf of America / Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River. With two boat ramps and over 50 parking spaces for boat trailers, the park is a popular spot for boating enthusiasts. The scenic location along the Chantry Canal invites you to take a walk along the promenade or enjoy a relaxing picnic. The park is also dog-friendly, so your furry friends can enjoy the outdoors and the water too.
