Desde cualquier estancia de este precioso chalet divisamos y disfrutamos en todo su esplendor de la vista del mar. Nos da una sensación de casi estar navegando, divisándolo a través de sus grandes ventanales. Toda la casa dispone de Internet con ADSL inalámbrico.
La casa está distribuida en tres plantas, una gran terraza frontal y otra trasera.
En la planta sótano descubrimos una impresionante piscina cubierta, no climatizada, de 11 mts. de largo por 4 mts de ancho.
En la planta noble tenemos la gran terraza frontal y el salón comedor con unos grandes ventanales, dividiendo la estancia una gran vidriera nos permite desde la cocina-comedor ver el mar. La cocina de diseño está equipada con electrodomésticos de última generación. También dispone de un aseo.
En la primera planta hay tres habitaciones, dos con vistas al mar y con un gran balcón, y una habitación trasera. Todas ellas con baño individual y aire acondicionado.
La segunda planta es toda una gran habitación con: sala de estar, televisión, vestidor, baño y aire acondicionado. Está rodeada de balcones y terraza. Tiene una vista impresionante del mar y de toda la bahia de Alcudia.
No se cobra el impuesto de la "eco-tasa". Está incluído en el precio.
