A detached villa with a spacious 1500m2 garden is situated in a panoramic location above Izola in the small hamlet of Šared with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Trieste, the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. The abundance of space and the comfort of the house make it comfortable to relax both inside and outside the villa. For all those involved in music, there is a concert piano and an acoustic guitar in the house. On the first floor there are bedrooms and next to the main house there is an additional facility containing a large bedroom, living room and entertaining area. In the courtyard there is a spacious terrace and a garden, complemented by a nice swimming pool, a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and plenty of sports and children's facilities. A large dog house is also provided for your four-legged friends. In agreement with the owner who produces olive oil and wine, it is also possible to purchase local products.
