Five comfortable holiday apartments in a medieval Ligurian mountain village

The holiday apartments are in the medieval village of Castè, a tiny village in the Ligurian mountains, bordering the Cinque Terre nature reserve.

The apartments were completely renovated in 2005, seeking to preserve the original character and materials. It faces the little old farm in the village. The interior combines the modern and the functional and also reflects regional traditions. All the apartments have heating, a TV and wireless Internet access. They comprise a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed (140 x 190cm) and a big cooking niche, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), and a bathroom with a shower. Owing to the building structure and the thick walls, the rooms are always pleasantly fresh, even on hot days.

The courtyard provides parasols, tables, chairs and a grill and is shared by all guests. There are free, public parking spaces nearby.

The nearest grocery shop is about 3km away. The apartments are not far from La Spezia and the picturesque Cinque Terre.

Apartment for a maximum of three people

CastèCastè is a very small medieval village of the region Liguria's hinterland, at the edge of the Park of the Cinque Terre. The small village dates back to the 15th century, and it is very close to the sea and the town La Spezia. The Cinque Terre are easily accessible from La Spezia by train, by sea or by foot.
Trekking fans can walk along the trail 01 which crosses Castè.
We don't advice to use the car. In order to arrive from Castè to La Spezia, you will need a car to cover the distance of about 7 km.
It is also possible to visit our particular territory by renting bicycles with assisted pedaling, taking advantage of our numerous network of paths, enjoying unique views in the heights of the wonderful CINQUE TERRE, immersed in nature and away from the crowds.
From La Spezia you can easily reach by sea the most beautiful places of the Ligurian Riviera (Lerici, Tellaro, San Terenzo, Fiascherino, Portovenere and the island Palmaria).

The five apartments have been entirely restructured, trying to preserve the environments and the existing materials.
he furnishing unites the most modern functionality with the respect and the taste of the local tradition.
From the apartments you can enjoy a view over the village's antique square.
The apartments consist of a living room with a sofa (which can be used as a bed), kitchenette, twin room and bathroom, and Wifi.
Our court is equipped with sunshades, tables, chairs and barbecue, and it is at the complete disposal of our guests; moreover, we periodically organize musical events.

The Cinque TerreThe Cinque Terre are one of the most fascinating and unspoilt areas of Liguria, cristallizate in time and far from the noise and bustle of the metropolitan. The medieval atmosphere of the five villages evokes the traditions of this land, its most typical flavors and the pride of its people. Nestled in the mountains, Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso are a real treasure of Italian heritage. Easily reachable by ferry and on Goiters-typical Ligurian boats-to admire the rugged coastline and the climb of nature; By train for those who love the surprise of the Games of darkness and light of the windows on the Sea of galleries; By car or by Vespa to explore the hinterland of the National Park and the Gulf of poets, arriving everywhere.
