La maison, entièrement climatisée, s'ouvre sur une large terrasse avec sa vue imprenable à 180° sur la baie de l'Île Rousse.Elle se compose d'un grand séjour-cuisine de 50 m2 largement ouvert sur une grande terrasse avec son coin repas couvert, son espace détente avec SPA encastré et transats.​ Grande pièce à vivre, le séjour est très lumineux avec sa table à manger pour 6 personnes, son coin salon avec canapé convertible (2 pers.).La cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée : plaque induction, four, micro-ondes, frigo américain, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, planche et fer à repasser.A l'étage inférieur, deux chambres avec leurs salles d'eau privatives, dressing, WC indépendant, profitent elles aussi de la vue imprenable sur la mer :- 1 chambre de 14 m2 avec 1 grand lit de 160x200,- 1 chambre de 12 m2 avec 2 lits de 80x200.
