The vacation property, built in 2020, is located only a few meters from the Groß Wariner See lake. Enjoy long walks around the lake, in summer as well as in winter. Your vacation home is modern and barrier-free equipped and the ideal starting point for your relaxing vacation.

The access to the apartment, also via the terrace door, is without steps. On the terrace you can relax and enjoy the sun, garden furniture and sun loungers are available here for you. The entire apartment has been deliberately designed and furnished to be barrier-free in many areas, for example the sauna or the shower room. In the bedroom there is a lift bed with height-adjustable slatted frame.
These special features are so cleverly integrated that the property also appeals to guests who have no restrictions.

Children will feel especially at home here. A playhouse with slide, swing and indoor and outdoor games are available.

All doors are at least 90cm wide, the door thresholds max. 2cm high.

From the object you can easily reach the lido at the lake in a few minutes with a small but fine sandy beach, bathing jetty and swimming island. Public toilets are also available. By bike or car you are in the center in a few minutes to shop or choose one of the numerous restaurants. In 35 minutes you are in Schwerin or at Lake Schwerin or the Baltic Sea. Many lakes invite with a guest card for fishing or boating.
