This rustic country house is situated about 9 km above Apecchio in a secluded location at an altitude of 800 m - ideal for families and groups who want to spend an undisturbed holiday in the countryside. The former farmhouse has been stylishly restored and furnished. In the two former stables on the ground floor there are now two living rooms with a long dining table and open fireplace. There is also a playroom for the little ones on the ground floor! The four bedrooms are on the 1st floor. In front of the house there is a shady garden seating area with barbecue. The extensive grounds are fully fenced. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing and there is also space and opportunities for ball games such as badminton, volleyball and boccia. From everywhere you have a unique panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and hills, including Monte Nerone (1525 m). Hiking trails start directly from the house - trekking and biking through this impressive landscape, characterised by vast forests, rugged slopes and cool streams. Excursion destinations: In addition to Apecchio (9 km), Castello is the nearest larger medieval town (27 km), which is well worth a visit; visit Urbino and Gubbio (both around 50 km) and conquer the small, charming towns in the surrounding area, where you can sample the local specialities: Truffle dishes of all kinds, very special beers, game dishes and delicious cheeses. A day on the Adriatic for a change? Pesaro/Fano is 77 km away. 5.3 km of unpaved access road, not suitable for low-lying cars.
