Elegant cottage from 2020 and with beautiful terraces. The terrace is covered and if necessary you have the option to close shutters in front of the windows. Outside and from the large outdoor hot tub you can fully enjoy the view of the water. The spa is also screened. You will also find a good outdoor kitchen on the patio. Enjoy the nice garden furniture and sun loungers for relaxing days or for a nap in between. Inside, the house exudes coziness, a good choice of materials and practical solutions.
The first thing you will find in the house is a spacious hallway with closet and space for shoes. In the kitchen and living room there are sloping ceilings and the skylights of the kitchen provide a wonderful light in the house. The living room is spacious with a large sofa for the whole family and a dining area with a nice dining table. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with twin beds. In the kitchen there is an alcove as a sleeping area, as well as a loft (access via a ladder) that can be used. There is of course internet throughout the house and both Scandinavian and German TV channels.
Juelsminde is only about 10 minutes away by car. Enjoy the atmosphere at the marina, a late lunch or catch crabs with the kids. Legoland, the Legohouse and Givskud Zoo are only an hour away.
