Superb individual vacation accommodation with panoramic views and private pool, located on a beautiful fenced plot in a lovely residential area on the heights of the village of Adrets, very quiet, only 13 km from Mandelieu la Napoule and its sandy beaches. Cannes, the city of cinema, is only 25 km away. With a ping-pong table, billiards and access to two tennis courts (900 m), just 13 km from the beach, this beautiful villa is the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends under the sun of the Côte d'Azur.

The house is spacious, comfortable and charming as well as authentically and modernly furnished. It has large interiors on the first floor, a billiard room, a living room with dining and living area, a large separate kitchen with a lava stone countertop. One of the rooms has a large private terrace with deck chairs. All rooms (except one of the bedrooms upstairs) have direct access to the garden and have spectacular views of the hills and the pool.

The Estérel massif, which surrounds the charming Provençal village of Adrets on the border between the Alpes Maritimes and the Var, is planted with pines and oaks and bristles with charming shady paths that even lead to the lakes of Avellan or Saint Cassien, where you can go fishing, canoeing, kayaking or other water games. The sea is just a few minutes away, Mandelieu for example offers a sandy beach and a rocky coastline marked by magnificent coves. Nature lovers will be delighted here with the wide range of opportunities for hiking, biking and horseback riding.

For more entertainment in Nice, Monaco or Saint-Tropez, the highway is just a few minutes away by car.
