The space
Contemporary furnishings and modernized appliances throughout. Open-concept living space and a completely updated kitchen, tastefully decorated bedrooms and a beautiful garden with a swimming pool promise an unforgettable vacation. Rebuild stone house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. It has two bedrooms with king-size beds, a bedroom with a single bed that can be stretched to double bed, sofa bed in a living room, two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi and one with walk-in shower, outdoor grill and terrace with a private pool. 130 square meters of indoor space and 1000 square meters of outdoor space.

Villa is bathed in sunshine the whole day from sunrise to sunset, while the evenings are peaceful, pleasant, not too hot as there is almost always at night a light breeze of air. Green garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation is perfect for a pleasant holiday and a break from stress. Location
Konavle is a region with particular natural beauties and contrasts: mountain and valley, green hills and naked stone, the blue and the green or, as called by the inhabitants of Konavle, "Gornja" and "Donja Banda". Fringed by the Konavle mountains in the North, bordered by the Adriatic Sea in the South, it reaches from the entry into the Bay of Kotor to the peninsula of Prevlaka in the East, and in the West, it inclines down to the cozy coves of Obod and Cavtat.

Sunny Villa is located in Cilipi, a town situated 5 km from Cavtat, and the center of Dubrovnik is 20 km away.

Center of the Cilipi is 1 km away, and in the center are a restaurant, pizzeria, coffee shop, post office, ATM and museum. Every Sunday in the center of Cilipi is a folklore performance for tourists. In Cavtat, which is located on the coast there are numerous restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, museums, hotels, and the beautiful seaside promenade. Konavle has opened several rural households with traditional food and ambiance. Also, the activities that are suitable for this area are mountain biking and horseback riding and the safari ride with a track which is long 11 km.

The sandy beaches are located in Cavtat, while known Konavle rocks beach are 1.5 km south of the villa. Dubrovnik’s best-kept secret: The Pasjaca beach in Konavle is probably one of the most mysterious beaches in the area. It’s not easily reached, but once you get there, it will blow your mind. It’s located just below the rocks. There is no music, bars or cocktails but this jewel will offer you some much-needed peace. It is a few minutes with a car from Sunny Villa.
