This spacious vacation home with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea is located in one of the most famous and visited white villages of Andalusia, Mijas Pueblo. The village is surrounded by a mountainous landscape with a historic center consisting of the so typical whitewashed houses.
The villa is equipped with furnishings that promote comfort and tranquility and with equipment that guarantee the enjoyment of your vacation with family or friends: The house has plenty of space and spaciousness with seating areas in the garden and on the terrace. A magnificent pool offers relaxation and refreshment at the same time.

    “Fantastic Location in the village with panoramic views of the coast. It is a large Villa 5 minutes walk from the town square. The Villa has lovely grounds and a Gardner comes in several times a week to tender to the garden and the pool is cleaned weekly. The Villa has plenty of space, however it is a little tired and worn and could do with additional fixtures and fittings. The bedding is basic and the beds are hard. Ants can be a problem. There is not a lot the owner can do about ants who come in all sizes. Just make sure you keep the floors swept of any food and avoid sugary products being left out.

    Internally there is a lot of space. The utility room has a washing machine. There is no hairdryer so bring your own. There was no information pack available or smoke detectors within the property and there was an old unserviceable safe. A modern safe would have been beneficial. The local agent was very helpful.

    We enjoyed the property which was homely, however it is not a flash/high gloss finish and it could do with upgrading and replacing damaged fixtures and fittings. It might not suit everyone but it has a fab location.
