Holiday Apartment in Koserow with Private Parking

The apartment is in the maritime style held. Blue and white colors predominate. The ground and wall coatings, furniture and pieces of furniture are matching to each other and give the apartment the typically maritime charm. An electrical tiled stove in the living room guarantees also on colder days for a high welfare feeling. The apartment is ideally suitable for families up to four persons and couples. The vacation apartment is located in the first floor of the holiday house to the left. The flat consists of a great living room incl. a completelly equipped kitchen, wood furnished balcony, bedroom and day light bath. Additional to the bedroom with double bed and a single with bunk bed still a sleep sofa is available in the living room. The equipment is new, functionally and qualitatively valuable. The apartment is furnished with toaster, percolator, microwave with grill, 4 plate cooking, dish-washer, freezing compartment, tiled stove, etc.. Large southern-western-balcony with unobstructed look to the willows and forest. You will enjoy the sunset. The holiday apartments are located in a 2006/2007 new build country house with in total four apartments of different size with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-5 persons. The season 2007 is the first rental season. Because of that, the house and the furniture are completely new and valuably. The house is located in the northern part of village Koserow. From the terrace you have a look about the meadows and forest. About a tree existed dune way one reaches within less than 5 minutes to the fine-sandy beach (appr.200m) and to the Baltic Sea landing bridge of Koserow. From there excursion boats circulate during the season for example to the Isle of Ruegen. All purchasing facilities, the local centre, bike rental are nearby (appr. 300m). Distance to playground: appr.100m. To each apartment belongs a lockable, cost free separate bike shed. Parking at the object is available. A roofed wicker beach chair can be reserved upon request. With pleasure we shop for you also before the journey.

    “Positiv: Die Betreuung vor Ort, wir wurden super pünktlich vom Bahnhof abgeholt und hin gebracht. Die Lage der Wohnung wirklich in Strand Nähe. Die Wohnung mit Elektro Karmin, Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Wiese und dahinter den Wald. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und bestimmt nicht das letzte mal. Freizeit: Das laufen am Strand bis in die nächsten Ort und die Möglichkeit dann mit der Bäderbahn zurück zu fahren.”

    “Positiv: Nahe zur Ostsee. Ruhige Lage. Negativ: Nicht noch ein Mal. Trotz früher Buchung erhielten wir vor Ort nicht die zugesagte Ferienwohnung mit freiem Blick und gehoberner Ausstattung, sondern in der Ferienhaussiedlung eine Wohnung im hinteren Bereich mit schlechterer Ausstattung trotz des hohen Preises. Unsere Einwände wurden von der Betreuungsperson vor Ort unfreundlich abgetan. Diese Wohnung oder keine. Usedom wäre voll belegt.”
