The 1-room apartment is located on the ground floor and has one bedroom with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and bidet.
It is about 15 square meters large.
The apartment is located under a fig tree,and outside there is a small terrace with deck chairs, table and chairs for eating.
For the children there are swings and and plenty of space to play.
There is a car park on our property for disposal.
The location of the property is located very centrally .
The sea is only 150 meters away, to the beach 650 m, to the famous Poseidon Thermalgarden are 1500 meters.
The picturesque city center is only about 10 minutes on foot.
