Apartment modern furnished in the center of town Porec, only 100 m from the sea and 150 m from the beach. The apartment is modern and is located on the 2nd floor. You can easily reach the 2nd floor by elevator.Here you have a beautiful view from the balcony of the old town, the sea and the sunset.Modern kitchen, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge, ceramic hob with 3 plates and oven.The living room has a TV (SAT) and a sofa. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom and living room.     “Positiv: Walking distance to the old city centre with lots of bars and restaurants. Nice balcony with beautiful sea view. Clear and complete appartement, friendly owner. Negativ: Nothing Restaurant: Tradizione behind the central church - Very tasteful traditional food, good service Ausflüge: Day trip to Venice - Leave at 7:30 and back at 19:30. Few hours to get an idea of Venice. But (of course) to short to see all.”

    “Aufgrund der extrem guten Lage, sehr sauberen Wohnung und dem sympathischen Gastgeber würden wir die Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen und auch selber wieder diese für einen Trip nach Kroatien buchen. Positiv: Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Gastgeber. Er war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir konnten ihn jederzeit erreichen und er war immer daran interessiert eine Lösung für unsere Probleme zu finden. Negativ: Wir hätten uns eine bessere Ausstattung der Wohnung gewünscht. Grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und auch Waschmittel hätten unserer Meinung auf jeden Fall vorhanden sein müssen.”
