CASA MARY is located in the town of Castello di Brenzone, above Brenzone.

Beautiful hillside complex with a view of the lake, very quiet and no traffic nearby. Private parking space at the house. Garden with outdoor grill, seating area and deck chairs. Pleasant atmosphere.

Castello di Brenzone is beautiful, there is not as much mass tourism here as at the lake, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There are no big hotels here, everything is cozy, lots of olive groves, old natural stone houses, very idyllic.

Apartment n. 1 is on the 1st floor (max 4 people), approx. 50 m² and has a beautiful, spacious and private terrace with lake views and dining area. Sep. Entrance into living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette (4 burners, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine). Bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower, TV-sat, washing machine WiFi and air conditioning.

On the ground floor there is another large terrace with tables and chairs (for shared use), barbecue and a 200 m² terraced garden with lawns with furniture and sun loungers and parasols. for shared use, all with lake views.

There is also a storage room for bicycles or surfing or other things.

The lake and beach in Porto are about 500 meters away on foot or 1000 meters by car. Restaurant in town (approx. 200 meters). The nearest shopping opportunity is in Brenzone (1 km) or in Porto (500 m). Ms. Bianca lives nearby and can always give you good tips on how to spend your vacation better.

Non-smoking house.

The private terrace has garden furniture, a parasol and a table with pancakes. There is a beautiful lake view. The property is fenced.

Castello di Brenzone is one of the seven hamlets of the municipality of Brenzone, scattered on the slopes of Monte Baldo. The possibilities for walks in the woods and hamlets are endless.

Along the beach there is a beautiful cycle/pedestrian path.

Tranquility is a characteristic of these places, there are no discos nearby, nor noisy places. From the balcony, terrace and garden you can admire the lake with a fantastic panorama.

The beach can be reached via a 500 meter long path or by car via a 1000 meter long road.

    “Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nur die 100 m Anfahrt zum Grundstück, wo dann auch ein guter Parkplatz ist, sind für ein großes Auto gewöhnnungsbedürftig. FG”

    “Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, dort mal wieder Urlaub zu machen! Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach, aber geräumig und alles da, was man so braucht. Der Blick aus den Fenstern und von der Terrasse ist einfach umwerfend und die Vermieterin freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
    Die Lage ermöglicht Ausflüge in alle Richtungen.
    Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt! Negativ: Die mit Kieseln gepflasterte, sehr steile und schmale Auffahrt war eine tägliche Herausforderung, ganz besonders bei Gegenverkehr.
    Wir waren sehr froh über unser kleines Auto! Ob z.B. ein SUV das packen würde, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Restaurant: Ristorante Pizzeria Bar Catullo - Toll an der Promenade in Bardolino gelegen, lecker Essen, faire Preise, aufmerksame Bedienung Ausflüge: Lazise - zauberhaftes Städtchen in alten Mauern, tolle Stimmung, nette kleine Lädchen”

    “Positiv: Lage des Hauses mit Ausblick auf dem See, die dazugehörende Außenanlage und die etwas abenteuerliche Zufahrt. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zugänglich. Das Objekt ist geeignet für Ruhesuchende u. Wanderfreunde. Negativ: Für uns gab es nichts auszusetzen.”
