House in Patti with Private Parking

Villa Maria is a beautiful country house, situated in the hills that surround Patti in the Province of Messina. It's situated on the coast directly in front of the Aeolian Islands on the Tyrrenian coast of Sicily. The coastlina is made up of beaches and inlets. We are located in a few minutes from the natural reserve of Marinello, with its suggestive little ponds and also above the archeological excavations of Tyndaris with its famous Greek theater. The villa is in a calm and sunny position not too far from the sea (7km). Thanks to its position in promiximity to the highway (6km) it's an ideal point for exursions around Sicily and particulary convenient for visiting the natural park of the Nebrodi Mountains, Cefalù, Taormina, the Aeolian Islands (in summer there are direct connection from Patti), Mount Etna and the Canyon of Alcantara. In front of the house there is a big terrace covered with vines, paved and equipped for relaxing or having lunch (garden furniture, barbecue). There is also a splendid garden, well taken care of, with rich vegetation that includes olive trees and other plants typical of the place. The inside is very pleasant and well divided, it is furnished with taste and is functional.     “Wat een prachtige woning waar nou echt waar alles inzit wat je verwacht,sterker nog er zitten een hoop dingen bij wat je niet verwacht.
    De verhuurder was op zijn zachtst gezegd een verschrikkelijk aardige man met zijn dochter waar niks te veel voor was. Als er iets was dan kwam hij binnen 10 tot 15 minuten meteen kijken.Hij deelde tips voor mooie plaatsen en mooie stranden. Hij wist de fijne restaurantjes aan te bevelen
    Het uitzicht was spectaculair over zee naar de Eolische eilanden.
    In een woord Fantastisch.”

    “Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer und die Berge. Die große Terrasse ist abends sehr romanisch mit den schönen Lichtern und bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Besonders toll ist der Pizzaofen und Grill. Es gibt einen großen Obstgarten mit Zitronen, Kaki, Granatäpfeln uvm.

    Fabio, der Vermieter war immer sehr Hilfsbereit und konnte viele Tipps geben.

    Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden!”

    “In Villa Maria war für uns ein entspannter Urlaub möglich. Es war alles bestens. Wir würden diese Villa jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Positiv: Ein grosszügiges Anwesen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist in Ordnung, sauber und funktioniert. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist die Lage wunderbar. Die Fahrt zum Strand ist nicht zu weit. Ausserdem erreicht man touristische Ziele sehr gut. Negativ: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.”

    “Positiv: Der Villa Maria Besitzer ist sehr Freundlich und Aufmerksam. Negativ: Nach meiner Meinung zur Villa Maria Einfahrtstraße ist schlecht befahren. Freizeit: Unserer Schönste Ausflug war die Eolie Insel, Besonderes ( Lipari und Stromboli )”

    “Positiv: Sehr freundlicher, achtsamer Besitzer.
    Das Haus liegt an einem Hang, wohin ein etwas abenteuerlicher Weg führt. Malerischer Ausblick. Die Ausrüstung des Hauses entspricht hohen Erwartungen. Schöne Terrasse und herrlicher Garten mit Pizzaofen. Freizeit: Cefalu und Taormina waren unsere Tagesausflugziele.”
