Breathtaking view of the sea; the house is just steps away from the beach. It’s also within walking distance of the town center, convenient for shopping and dining (supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, cafés, boutiques). You can also rent a boat for fishing or to enjoy the view of the island from the sea—simply spectacular! Walking distance to the train station, which connects to the beautiful city of Palermo (12 km) or the historic seaside town of Cefalù (45 km). Free parking on the road.

There is a supermarket just over 100 meters away, but also other shops selling food, bread, vegetables, and fruits, as well as a fish market.

    “Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben uns die Gegend angeschaut die Wohnung wurde nur zum Schlafen gebraucht. Positiv: Die Dachterasse mit der Aussicht. Negativ: Die Küche ist nur spärlich ausgerüstet. Es fehlte ein kleiner Topf zum Milch warm machen, kein Schneebesen zum Milchaufschäumen. Wir konnten nicht kochen weil nur übergroße Töpfe da waren.
    Es gab nur einen kleinen Kleiderschrank. Wir lebten aus dem Koffer.
    Der Parkplatz beim Haus war am Wochenende von Besuchern belegt und war ein Müllplatz. Ein ständiger Lärmpegel bis tief in die Nacht besonders am Wochenende.
    Wenn um 3 Uhr morgens die Fischerboote aufs Meer gefahren sind wurde es ruhiger.”
