PRESTIGIOUS SEA VIEW APARTMENT just completed and located in the residential area of ​​Cala Gonone. Furnished with care and elegant and refined, it consists of a large living area on the ground floor with a kitchenette and sofa bed and a first bathroom; downstairs there is a double bedroom, a triple bedroom and a second bathroom. The property includes a large terrace furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outside and a private courtyard where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Orosei; comfort of free parking in front of the house. Present: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Given its location in Cala Gonone, the holiday home is ideal for a holiday of tranquility and sun, with the tide about 900 meters and in the immediate vicinity the main services; but it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the marvelous waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.

Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.

Final cleaning: € 80.00. Kitchenette and dishes to leave clean and tidy; otherwise a surcharge of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental prior communication: € 20.00 per person.

Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week.

Internet rental, upon verification of the signal: 9.00 euros / day.

Possibility to smoke only in outdoor spaces.

Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check-out (after 10.00 am): charge of one more night's stay.
Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 1.20 per person per day, for persons aged over 14 years, from mid-March to mid-October.
Security deposit: € 200.00. The customer will take care of the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; the accommodation for its return must be clear of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained.

Location description : Cala Gonone is a large tourist village in the center of the Gulf of Orosei, the main town of the Barbagia, more or less in the middle of its eastern coast of Sardinia; the village lies at the foot of Mount Codula Manna, an extinct volcano, and is surrounded by a magnificent circle of limestone mountains, rich in woods.
Its beach, its small harbor, its numerous hotels and restaurants, its artisan shops, its scenic beauty, its climate and the numerous entertainment and cultural events, including the international level, which take place there, make it frequented all the year. The spectacular natural location of Calagonone is best grasped by coming from Dorgali: at the exit of a tunnel that pierces the bastion of the Bardia and Tului mountains you pass from a mountain landscape strongly marked by roughness, spiers, jagged ridges, to a grandiose seascape with infinite horizons towards the blue waters and bounded to the ground by a fantastic backdrop of mountains, woods of holm oaks, valleys.

    “Ist eigentlich eine wunderschöne Wohnung wenn auch die Lage nicht optimal ist.
    Was aber schade ist, ist dass bei den Einrichtungsgegenständen gespart wurde. Doppelbett ist eine "Badewanne", Lampen haben teilweise keine Abdeckungen und es schauen nur Drähte aus der Wand. Geschirr und Pfannen sind abgenutzt, bzw. beschädigt. Toilettenbürsten sind billigst und eklig. Positiv: Wunderbare Küche und Sicht auf Cala Gonone und aufs Meer Negativ: Lärm durch Autowaschanlage und Strasse vor dem Haus.
    Die Wohnung ist die einzige im Haus, welche "fertig" ist und entsprechend alles darum herum eine Baustelle. Abläufe der Duschen waren verstopft und mussten durch uns erst gereinigt werden. Restaurant: Road House Blues, Cala Gonone - Pizzas gibt es sicher anderswo bessere.
    Aber sehr empfehlenswert für alles was aus dem Meer kommt.
    Sehr professionelle Wirtin und ein allzeit gutgelaunter Wirt. Ausflüge: Cala Luna - einfach schön.....”
