The apartment offer includes a private sauna, a wine cellar filled up especially for you, a corner with specialties and a 40 m² sun terrace, as well as a remarkable total of 400 m² of gardens which offer superb views of Merano/Meran and surroundings. There are also modern Technogym facilities.

The modern apartment offers all technical conveniences, and with fresh flowers from our garden we create a cozy atmosphere. The luxurious holiday chalet has WLAN Internet access, a television, washing machine and fully stocked kitchen. Two car parking spaces and a garage are also included in the offer.For the safe storage of your valuables you will find a safe in your apartment.

A special feature is that you can choose daily fresh specialties from the gourmet menu of our butcher’s store. We will deliver your selection directly to your apartment by private delivery service.

    “Das Chalet ist wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Besitzer sind super nett und haben eine eigene Metzgerei mit vielen leckeren Köstlichkeiten. Es gibt sogar einen Lieferservice ins Chalet und morgens frische Brötchen wenn man möchte. Der Garten und die Aussicht sind traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die erholsame Woche. Positiv: Alles, aber besonders die tolle Aussicht, die man draußen aber auch vom Wohnbereich aus genießen kann.”
