Large 4-room holiday apartment, 100m2, lounge with balcony and great view across the valley to the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau mountains. The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms and the third has two sets of bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and shower over. The kitchen is modern and has a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. It is fully equipped with crockery and utensils. The dining area has a large wooden table with eight chairs. the lounge area has comfortable furniture and a lovely stove. The balcony has a table and chairs so visitors can enjpy the view in good weather. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and is located a five minute walk from the BLM train station. It is a 5 minute walk to the sports centre where you will find the ice rink, indoor swimming pool and spa and a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket. 
The flat has WIFI and a modern SMART television with access to all international channels.
Visitors can get to the ski slopes from either the train station or the Almendhubuel Bahn. In the winter months visitors can usually ski right back to the apartment.

    “wir wollen wieder kommen Positiv: Internetanschluß, Ausblick auf Eiger, Mönch und Jungfraug, großzügige Wohnungsausstattung Negativ: es fehlt eine Zitronenepresse, ein Kehrblech mit Besen, das Gefrierfach läßt sich nicht richtig schliejßen, ( Klappe kaputt), eine Gardine im Schlafzimmer hat immer noch einen Riß Restaurant: Alte Metzgerei - Spezialitäten”

    “Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen Mehr- Generationen- Urlaub. Super viel Platz im Wohn-Eßbereich, so das die Enkelkinder viel Splatz hatten um zu spielen.
    Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Eine Abfahrt mit den Skiern bis zum Haus ist problemlos möglich. Selbst den kurzen Weg zur Almendhubelbahn kann man fast komplett (bis auf ca. 50 m) mit den Skiern abfahren. Das Schwimmbad ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Kinderskischule ist in vielleicht 7 Minuten zu erreichen.
    Unseren Enkelkindern hat auch gut gefallen, dass das Schwimmbad, die Skischule usw. direkt vom Haus mit einer Abfahrt mit dem Schlitten erreichbar ist. Positiv: Alle Zimmer (3 Schlafzimmer und Wohn- Eßzimmer) haben einen separaten Zugang zum Balkon. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend gut. Freier Blick auf Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau.”

    “Große helle und gemütliche Ferienwohnung in bester Lage! Fantastischer Blick! Ideal für große Familien! Positiv: Sehr große Wohnung, viel Platz für uns (5 Personen). Gut ausgestattet, war alles vorhanden und in Ordnung. Lage ist sehr gut, nah am Bhf, Zentrum und Piste. Sehr schöner Blick! Sehr freundliche Betreuung vor Ort! Negativ: Zwei Lampen waren kaputt.”
