Living/dining room with TV, phone, radio. WLAN for free. Kitchenette with dish-washer, oven and coffee maker. 2 double bedrooms, crib available. Bathroom with tub, sep. WC. Ski- and bike-storage room, washing machine and tumbler available. Parking and parking place in underground Garage/estra charge. Next to shops, bus stop, train station Surovas. Pets allowed/extra charge. SPECIAL: Guest may use the hotel infrastructure (Hotel Bernina) with sauna, solarium, hotel garden, breakfast and dinner, pickup and drop-off service at train station.

    “Alles in allem, kann ich das Objekt nur empfehlen. Positiv: Die Wohnung, ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben worden und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Negativ: Leider war zu dieser Zeit gerade eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus und so war die Zufahrt teilweise erschwert und auch der Baulärm war nicht sehr angenehm. Da kann aber der Vermieter sowie Wohnung ja nicht dafür.”

    “Sehr grosse und grosszügige Wohnung. Balkon mit schönem Ausblick. Positiv: Sehr gute, ruhige und zentrale Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäckerei in Gehdistanz und wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch der Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle in Nähe.”

    “Wir erwarten eine Preisreduktion/Gutschrift des bezahlten Mietbetrages. Negativ: Der Baulärm mit Hydraulikbaggern , Hydraulikhammer und den unzähligen LKW's von morgens
    08.00 bis abends 18.00 Uhr auf dem Nachbar-Grundstück ex. Collina waren nicht zumutbar !”

    “Eine solide Wohnung an äusserst zentraler Lage, die einen Erneuerungsbedarf aufweist. Positiv: Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage. Die praktische Raumeinteilung. Zwei grosszügige und gut eingerichtige Schlafzimmer. Lift bis vor die Wohnungstür und Tiefgarage. Umfassende und freundliche Beteuung durch das Team Hotel Bernina. Negativ: Möblierung in Küche, Eingang und Wohnzimmer überaltert. Küche ist renovationsbedürftig und sollte dringend demnächst ausgewechselt werden. Alle Teppriche sind zu shamponieren oder auszuwechseln.”
