The studio was completeley renovated in 2016 and has modern kitchen and bathroom. The open kitchen offers ceramic glass cooktop, dishwasher, microwave/grill, Nespresso machine and a fondue set. Living room with double bed and high-class mattresses. Flatscreen TV (32 inch) with Swisscom-TV.
Large balcony sheltered from the wind. Reserved lot in the underground parking. In the house there is a room for skis and bikes and in the main season there is a swimming pool and a sauna available. Please inform you about the dates.
The house is located close to the center of St. Moritz Dorf. Bus stop in direction St. Moritz Bad and Signalbahn is just in front of the building, for opposite direction it’s at the Schulhausplatz, about 350 meters away. - The studio is located at the first floor but because the building is located on a slope the balcony is actually 4 floors above ground.
(In case that the day of leaving is a public holiday, the costs for the final cleaning are increased by 50%.)
