Spacious, partially renovated 3 1/2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our three-family chalet (built 1972/ apartment partially renovated 2003) in a central location with beautiful views of the mountains. The apartment has a bright, spacious kitchen with dining table, electric hob and oven are new; a friendly living room with upholstery, a bed (when occupied by 5 people), Swisscom TV; two bedrooms with 2 beds each and a cupboard each; a bathroom with shower in the bathtub, washbasin and toilet; balcony; garden seating area for sharing with grill, table tennis table and sandbox; as well as a parking lot next to the house. There is a public playground for children in the immediate vicinity. (total living space approx. 80m2). The landlord lives in the same house and is usually personally reachable.
