This modern two story penthouse is located in walking distance ( 7 to 10 minutes ) to the center to the Village/City Sarnen and or Train Station. As well as in walking distance to the lake of Sarnen (7 minutes).

The penthouse is suitable for 6 adults and 3 children. One bedroom has three single beds, which are suitable only for children.

Great hiking in the area - many hikes can be started out of Sarnen. Several skiing resorts are in proximity; Melchsee-Frutt, Mörlialp, the Panoramawelt Lungern, and Engelberg are all reachable by car less than a hour, Melchsee-Frutt and Lungern in 20 to 30 minutes. Fantastic Restaurants in Town. 

The Penthouse is great for families, for a longer business stay and as well to just hang out and relax and explore the center of Switzerland with your friend or family. Luzern, Mt. Pilatus base station Alpnach or Interlaken for Jungfraujoch are reachable comfortably by a direct train from Sarnen. 

The Penthouse, which can be accessed conveniently directly through a elevator is equipped with a full size kitchen and fully furnished with everything needed for a short or long term stay.

    “Wir waren mit der Wohnung und der Betreuung durch den Besitzer und die vor Ort ansässige Reinigungsfirma sehr zufrieden. Gerne empfehlen wir die Wohnung weiter! Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und den Sarnersee ist wunderbar. Unseren Jugendlichen hat das untere Geschoss mit dem separaten Bad sehr zugesagt. Negativ: Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln!”
