3.5 bedroom flat in the Grisons style "House Fless"

In the sunny, quiet Gäuggeli residential area between Klosters Platz and Klosters Dorf you will find the house Fless built in the typical Grison style. Situated on the first floor, the very tastefully arranged 3.5 room appartment offers room for up to 5 persons and a corner balcony towards the east and south with a beautiful view of the mountains and the Prättigau valley.

The large and bright living room area with 36sqm has a fireplace, an eating space with an extendable table, wireless internet, a TV, Radio, CD & DVD Player with sorround system, english DVD's and books for the whole family, bike- and hiking maps as well as some games.
The kitchen is fully equiped with a glass ceramic stove, an oven, new dish washer, fridge and Nespresso coffee maschine, a fondue and a raclette set, toaster, tableware for 12 persons etc. 
The first bedroom has a queensize bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has 3 beds and 2 shelves.
You will find the two bathrooms practical. The large bathroom has a toilet and bath tub and a sink, the other a shower, toilet and sink.
The balkony has a table and four sitting chairs.
In the whole appartment you will enjoy the personal touch of the owners who make your stay comfortable and enjoyable all the way.
House Fless has an extra room for skis. You can wash your laundry in the cellar, the apartment has an iron and ironing board.
You have your own parking lot in the garage and another one exclusively in front of the house.

With the bus you reach the two ski areas Madrisa (for families with younger children) and Parsenn / Gotschna within 5 minutes each. In the summer, Klosters has an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a 9 hole golf course (Davos has a 18 whole golf course), hundreds of km of hiking and bike routes, a downhill parcour for bikes from Gotschnaboden. In the winter Kolsters has two ice-rink fields, 30km of cross country ski trails, a prepared sledging trail from Gotschnaboden and much more.

Excursion possibilities: Davos, Chur, Ober-Unter-Engadin by car or by train
