A studio of approx. 50m2 in a very quiet and sunny location awaits you here. The holiday flat is located on the western edge of the village of Scuol.

This holiday flat is centrally located and the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths are just a 10-minute walk away. The local bus, which takes you directly to the Motta Naluns mountain railway, is just a few steps away.

The Tulai G98 holiday flat has a bright living room with access to the south-facing terrace (10m2). Comfortable furnishings with wardrobe bed (with slatted frame in the living room), flat-screen TV with satellite reception, Nespresso coffee machine, free WLAN and much more.

    “Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, perfekt gelegen. Innen und aussen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eher für eine als für zwei Personen geeignet. Positiv: Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Bahnhof. Praktisch und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Negativ: Die sonnige Terrasse hat in Wirklichkeit nur bis 15 Uhr Sonne. Die angegebene Badewanne fehlt. Wer also nach einer längeren Wanderung am Nachmittag auf der sonnigen Terrasse sitzen oder ein entspannendes Bad nehmen will, wird enttäuscht. Restaurant: Furnaria Schlatter - Bäckerei mit Süssgebäck, das sündhaft gut ist. Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu trinken Ausflüge: S-Charl - Abseits gelegenes Dorf, die Busfahrt ist bereits ein Vergnügen. Von dort unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten im oder am Rande des Nationalparks .”

    “Gesamteindruck, wirklich gut, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt Positiv: Sauberkeit der Wohnung und den Utensilien, schöne und Verkehrsgünstige Lage Negativ: Der Kühlschrank war relative laut, hört man sehr gut in der Nacht, da ja im selben Raum geschlafen wird.”
