Le Clapotis is a family chalet situated on a large plot of land directly on the shore of Lac de Joux. It offers 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds (2-2-2-3). The ground floor consists of a large room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. Two single bicycles are available for rent. A rowing boat is available as well as life jackets for adults and children. The chalet has pellet central heating and solar thermal cells. There is a bathroom on each floor (bath on the first floor, shower on the ground floor). Free Wi-Fi. No television. Behind the chalet is a large meadow inviting to sports activities or to rest, as well as a hut with an old ping pong table. There is a covered fireplace and a natural terrace in the trees. The chalet is located 10m from the lake and its small pebble beach. There is a boat with oars to enjoy the lake. The train stop is 500m away (8 minutes on foot), the main shops 5km away (reachable by train, once an hour).

    “Negativ: Die Sauberkeit im Aussenbereich (Balkon, Fenster) liess zu Wünschen übrig (viel Schmutz und viele Spinnweben). Im Innern war alles ausgezeichnet. Restaurant: Restaurant de la Truite, Le Pont - Ausgezeichnete Truite à la Meunière Ausflüge: Romainmôtier - Romanische Kirche”

    “Positiv: Die Lage direkt am See, der grosse Garten sowie die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Viel Spass hat uns auch das Tischtennisspielen im separaten Raum gefallen. Die Einrichtung war super. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Negativ: Leider war die Fassade voller Spinnweben, so dass wir die Fenster nicht öffnen konnten.”

    “Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in diesem Haus. Beste Reisezeit: Wir waren jetzt im Winter, der See war gefroren, das war sehr schön. Umgebung: Es braucht schon ein Auto, um einzukaufen, zum Restaurant kann man zu Fuss gehen.”
