Elegance meets tradition in Appenzell
This both upscale and traditional Appenzell holiday apartment resides in the heart of Appenzellerland. It’s ideally located for outdoor activities like hiking, biking tours, and just relaxing in nature. Our house is not only surrounded by a picturesque landscape, but there are charming shops in the village. You can also reach St. Gallen in just under 15 minutes. Lake Constance and Säntis are also within reach.
The apartment was recently renovated in a modern and exclusive style. It has its own private entrance. The bedroom is furnished with a modern box spring bed, and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (double bed plus sofa bed).
The kitchen is very well equipped and has its own washing machine and tumble dryer.
The apartment includes a free parking space in a separate, closed underground car park. For electric cars, please bring your own charging cable, the electricity is provided free of charge by the garage owner, the Sturzenegger butcher.
The garden has a dining table, chairs and grill, where you can enjoy your meals.
The price includes all costs such as the rent, any miscellaneous costs, the underground parking space, laundry and visitor's tax. There are no additional costs.

    “Wir haben haben 2 tolle Wochen im Allegra verbracht und werden wieder kommen. Positiv: Willkommensgeschenk, Gratis Kaffee sehr grosszügig, Sehr gutes Boxspringbett. Negativ: Im Garten fehlen Liegestühle und 1 Sonnenschirm.”

    “Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung in einem typischen Appenzellerhaus, in der man sich wohl fühlen und vom Alltag erholen kann. Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet worden.
    Gastgeberin Maria hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit einem grosszügigen Geschenkkorb überrascht.
    Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Dorf. Metzgerei, Käserei, Bäckerei und Dorfladen, mit lokalen Spezialitäten, befinden sich in Gehdistanz.
    Diverse schöne Wanderungen ab Haustür. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der weiteren Umgebung. Restaurant: Restaurant Ochsen - Lokale Spezialitäten, u.a. von der gleichnamigen Metzgerei. Ausflüge: Hochhamm - Rundwanderung ab Eisigeli, Schwellbrunn, zum Restaurant Hochhamm mit toller Aussicht und feinen, selbstgebackenen Kuchen.”

    “Sehr empfehlenswert für Urlauber die das Appenzell entdecken wollen.Positiv: Top Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht. Maria ist eine tolle Vermieterin, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gleich gegenüber ist eine Metzgerei mit Tagesmenüs und der Bäcker und Dorfladen sind auch nicht weit.
    Tolle Betten mit Boxspring Matratzen.Negativ: Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist die Raumhöhe mit nur ca. 183cm.”
