Family-friendly villa, with XXL pool and air con, 10km from the beaches

The tasteful villa with wonderful panoramic views is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by meadows and forests and just 10 km from the city of Lagos and the beaches.

The villa consists of a living room with LCD TV, radio/CD surround system and Wi-Fi, open to the dining area and the very well-equipped kitchen, including a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc. The open-plan living room creates a cosy atmosphere. Doors lead out to the covered terrace, the garden and the pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace. 2 charming bedrooms with double beds, 1 further bedroom with double bed and a pull-out bed (for 2 adults or a maximum of 4 children), 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). The equipment of the villa leaves no wishes unfulfilled, whether washing machine, air conditioning or electric underfloor heating, a relaxing and comfortable stay is guaranteed. The villa is equipped with electric shutters and fly screens.

On the large, fenced plot of 4,000 m² is the private, 14.5 x 5.5 m pool, as well as lawn areas and a BBQ house. Outside you will find garden furniture, sun loungers and a shaded pool terrace.

The next little village is Bensafrim, just a 5 minute drive away, where you can find a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office and a daily market, where local people sell fresh fish, vegetables and fruits. The historic city of Lagos can be reached in just 8 minutes by car. Full of shops, bars and restaurants, this vibrant city has a lot of leisure and entertainment facilities. The beautiful sandy beaches are just a stone's throw away, while you can choose whether you prefer to visit the beaches on the south coast or the popular surfing beaches on the west coast. Because of the excellent location sights and beaches in all directions can be reached fast and easily.
