This spacious private flat apartment, located in the upper floor, has heated hardwood parquet floors, temperature control, wooden ceilings and walls, sound and heat proof windows. It comprises 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with large double beds and one bedroom with 4 bunk beds. A sofa in the living area can be transformed into an extra double bed. Bedrooms are equipped with linen, wardrobe/closet and mosquito net. A well-equipped kitchen, including a regular refrigerator, oven and convection stove top, a dishwasher, a toaster and electric kettle, complete kitchenware, children’s high chairs available as well. 2 private bathrooms with tile marble floors, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, hair dryer, a toilet for each bathroom, paper and towels. It features a seating/dining area with dining table, a flat-screen TV with radio and satellite channels. Wash and dryer machines are available in a separate commun washing room. A barbecue is available in the garden. All our apartments and rooms are non smoking.
