Apartment in Rtina with Private Parking and Mountain View

The apartment is located in a small quiet place Rtina. The view from the terrace falls on the sun-drenched bay and the islands in the distance. Rtina is close to two historic cities such as Nin and Zadar. There is also a small market in the place where you can find fresh groceries. Ražanac is not far away in case you need medical help or a pharmacy.Apartment Miočić Adam is ideal for your perfect vacation in an oasis of peace where you are constantly surrounded by the richness of nature. If you are looking for an adventure in nature, the Velebit mountain is in the immediate vicinity. Also close are the other three national parks, namely: Plitvice Lakes, Kornati and Krka. The apartment has a large living room and a spacious terrace. There is also a possibility of washing clothes at extra charge for washing. Secure parkingThe apartment is located in a small village Rtina. It is only 100 meters from the sea. The view from the terrace extends to a small bay on the left while on the right you can see part of the island of Pag.Also, guests are allowed to use the garden, which means using the garden and barbecue area. Inside the apartment there are two bedrooms. In one room there is only a double bed, and in the other a double bed and one extra bed.Guests can comfortably relax in the living room. The sofa located in the living room can serve as an extra bed as it stretches out. The apartment also has two comfortable bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is equipped with utensils (plates; large, small, deep, pots, pans, salad bowls, glasses, cutlery, cups ...).     “Schöne Wohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage!
    Nur etwa 200 m zum Strand (Achtung: da befindet sich direkt ein Hundestrand daneben - ist aber gut aufgeteilt, vorausgesetzt die Hundebesitzer haben ihre Tiere im Griff). Lokal fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 150 m). Kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden ebenfalls, wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt.
    Zur Wohnung selber: man hätte vorher die Spinn-/Staubweben absaugen können. Auch die Küchenausstattung könnte ein wenig aufgebessert werden (großes Schneidebrett, Messer, Herd, Kaffeemaschine ...).
    Positiv: Klimaanlage und Insektenschutzgitter vor allen Fenstern
    Negativ: in der Objektbeschreibung steht, man könne Wäsche in einer Gemeinschafts-Maschine waschen. Dies wurde uns leider abgelehnt.

    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, haben uns sogar kroatische Hausmittel bei Erkrankung empfohlen und "geliefert".”

    “Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr großem Balkon und wunderschönem Blick aufs Wasser und Abends mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Und kein anstehen im Bad, da zwei vorhanden sind mit Dusche.In der Küche fehlte leider die Kaffeekanne zur Maschine und ein wenig mehr Ablagefläche wäre schön, aber es ging auch so! Vielen Dank für einen schönen entspannten Urlaub!”

    “Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und die Kommunikation zwecksAnreisezeitpunkt hat gut geklappt, wir konnten sogar schon vormittags einziehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit praktisch allem was man im Haushalt benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, das Interieur modern und bequem. Die Bäder sind zwar sehr klein (die Duschen dafür groß), dafür hat aber 2 Stück und kommt sich nicht in die Quere. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön gelegen und von der riesigen Terrasse hat man eine super Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Restaurant direkt am Campingplatz können wir auch sehr empfehlen.
    Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Wohnung wirklich genossen. Die Bilder auf der Webseite zeigen, wie es wirklich aussieht.”
